At Comfort Service, Inc. we maintain the highest installation and service standards and employ only the best technicians that are EPA licensed and attend periodic training courses, so they are on top of all advances, technology, and code as it changes.

We are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality service, parts, and equipment possible at reasonable prices. At Comfort Service, Inc. we are not interested in the latest fad! We test products and equipment and only offer products and services that we would use in our own homes!

We’ve been proudly serving our local community with top-of-the-line products, service, and maintenance since 1980, and we hope to do the same for you today!

Meet Our Team

Blaine Aldrich

President/ Owner

Blaine is originally from Wellsville, NY, but moved to Florida in 1978 after graduating high school. Blaine took a position with Comfort Service, Inc. as a helper until he eventually moved up the ranks to Vice-President. In 2000, Blaine bought Comfort Service, Inc. from the original owner. Blaine is proud of the business that he grew but is now currently enjoying the semi-retired life!

Garrett Roland

Vice-President

Garrett has been with Comfort Service, Inc. since January 2015. Garrett started as an install helper and over the course of his time at Comfort Service, he has sharpened his skills and continues to gain knowledge which has led him to the position of Vice-President. Garrett is a people person, which shows because he loves meeting with customers while doing estimates for new equipment. When Garrett is not working you can find him coaching his kids ball teams and spending time with his wife (our office administrator) and their kids.

Jose Abrego

Service Technician

Jose has been with Comfort Service, Inc. since April of 2002- that’s over 22 years! He’s been in the HVAC industry for over 25 years total. Jose is our only bilingual technician. He knows the HVAC industry and has gained knowledge through the many changes in our industry. This makes his diagnostic skills second to none! Jose is honest and upfront about any issues your unit is having. When Jose is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and fishing.

Alex Schneider

Install & Service Technician

Alex has been with Comfort Service, Inc. for more than 8 years! Alex started as an install helper and is now able to do it all! Alex is known for being thorough and detailed during his calls. Alex can relate to his customers and explain what is going on with their systems. He is our in house “expert” when it comes to Wi-Fi thermostats! When Alex is not working, he enjoys sports and being outdoors!

Christine Roland

Office Administrator

Christine has been with Comfort Service since 2017. Christine has a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Central Florida. Her background is all things office administration with accounting, so it was only natural that she took on the bookkeeper and office manager role at Comfort Service, Inc. She is involved in the day-to-day operations and has overseen our move to our new software. She handles all unit registration and warranty questions and orders most warranty parts. She is happy to help any customer! When she is not working, she loves being at home, reading and spending time with her husband (our Vice-President) and their two kids!

Sandra Lumberry

Dispatcher

Sandra has been with Comfort Service, Inc. since 2023. She came on right at the switch to our new software and has helped make sure every account is set up the way they are supposed to be! Sandra has often been complimented on her kind and happy voice and on her willingness to help customers get scheduled at their convenience. Sandra’s background is doing hair and cosmetology. When Sandra is not at Comfort Service, Inc. you can find her at her hair salon. She also enjoys going to the beach, fishing and catching up on sleep.
